Refactor source files templating

• Refactor templating scripts within preprocessing folder
• One should not need to modify script/preprocessing/preprocessing_src_templating.py when adding new functions
• Using dummy in configuration file should include all functions from all schemes
• Check inconsistencies of the templating structure
